I want to create a workflow based on Notes. If a Note contains some specific text, I want to send the note in a webhook to Zapier. It looks like I can detect the specific text witihn a note engagement, but I cannot send the note’s content in the webhook.
Have you tried creating a zap with a New Engagement HubSpot trigger in Zapier?
You can then use a Zapier Filter to filter the engagement by type and continue on from there. In your case the setup would be:
Only continue if:
Type (Text) Exactly Matches NOTE
and
Metadata Body Contains “The text you want”
The good thing is that, if the engagement does not meet the filter parameters, then it does not count as a used Task on Zapier.
