We regularly use HubSpot tasks to manage activity throughout our CRM. We currently manage the SOPs and guides related to these tasks in apps such as Slite.com and Scribe.com, and add a link to the notes section of the HubSpot task.
It would be great if we could embed the content from these external apps in the notes section of the HubSpot task, so the user doesn’t have to open a separate browser tab/window.
