My email signature was showing up just fine and all of a sudden it stopped. The image no longer appears and as you can see the lettering is all jumbled.

Can you verify that the image is still available at the URL used when creating the signature? For example, www.exampledomain.com/images/logos/EXAMPLELOGO.png. If the image no longer exists at the URL you’ll want to update the signature HTML to pull a live image.
It may be something else, but this would be the most common thing that I see.
