I am new to Hubspot and am testing out the free version to determine if our municipality would benefit from the paid version of Hubspot.
Goal: Create Contacts that are the Property Street Address NOT the property owner and to LOG emails to Property Address
We send many emails to various people with different emails regarding a specific property. The property address is always in the subject line of the email. I would like to have all properties listed in my contacts as its own contact or company (property address is the contact/company) becuase the property owner can change over time. How can I set this up? And how can I have emails logged to the specific proerty address? That way all emails that are exchanged and pertain to that one property are logged. Any suggestions?

There’s a few ways to handle this. The easiest way to use the Contact’s Adddress Properties (and add any others you need). When you email a Contact you can use the Address (or any other Contact Propety) in the email subject, and body.
However, that would mean duplicating the address when there are multiple Contacts at an address… which is easy (with a Workflow) but messy.
Ideally (without fully know all the parameters) I would recommend a Custom Object (Enterprise Feature) to manage a property, then you can associate more than one Contact with the property.
