Hi! I want to create a list with the filters that when a year passes from that date, the mail is sent, but I don’t get that option. Any suggestion?

You can use “YOUR DATE PROPERTY” is more than 364 days ago. In this case it should send one year from your date property. You could also accomplish this in a workflow using the same approach.

what you could do is create a list - then you could build a workflow that enrolls contacts - add a 365 day delay and an email send action after that
so if it is an active list -- as people are added they are enrolled and put in the 1 year delay.
