email issue with API end point crm/v3/objects/emails

Hi Team,

I’m trying to send eamils to my contacts in HubSpot via API .

Observations:

1. After successful call , I see entries in hubspot under activity and emails

2. Issue is eamils are to triggered to contacts.

Any configuration issue or API payload issue ?

Hi, @PGs2 :waving_hand: Can you clarify the issue for the community, please? It sounds like you are able to successfully create the email engagement and associate it to a record. Is that correct?

Hi Jaycee, Yes that’s correct. But email not sent to contact . Just I see the association but actually email not sent . My requiremnt is to send an email to contact . Could you please help to understand that why email not sent ? Thanks, Prashant .
