Would be an awesome and super helpful addition if we could see a view of clicks and opens (like what we get in the chrome desktop add-on), but in a list or overall table view inside the actual platform.

If I am understanding your comment, I think the Activity Feed would do this for you. You can find this under the contacts dropdown.
