Change of emial adress and company? I have left me previous employer on 31 October 2024. I have forgotten to change the login email of the account I have set up for myself to manage my customers and now I cannot get the code in order to login in to change the email adress to my new emplyer details. how do I do this? PS My previous employer does not now nor ever will be using Hubspot as they fail to see the value of a CRM

In this case, you would have to reach out to your previous employer and either ask them for temporary access to your old email inbox or to set up a user account with your new email address – both of which I would find a bit unusual, to be honest, as you have left the company. Similary, I think your previous employer would probably not have any interest in letting you access customer data that you were managing when you were still an employee.
You can try of course, but there isn’t any way for you to regain access to a HubSpot portal with a new email address without talking to the admins of that HubSpot portal.
