The campaign calendar is useful, but any emails we create are populated on the date they are published. Why not track when they are sending instead. Our company sends a lot of emails, and seemlessly tracking when each campagin is sending would save a ton of time.

Being able to see scheduled emails would be really helpful, as well as draft emails that may not have an official scheduled published date - this could be achieved by allowing the tentative send date to be added without having to fully schedule the email out.
Agreed! We use the Campaign calendar to plan our marketing activities for the year. Every marketing email is drafted, associated with a campaign, and assigned a sending date, BUT we don’t want to have to ‘schedule’ the email to go out. Therefore the email draft doesn’t appear on the campaign calendar.
It would be GREAT to be able to see drafted marketing emails on our calendar just like how we see sent & scheduled emails.
Agree! A possible option to show emails in draft would to be to have a field in Email Settings of “Planned Send Date”, and when that is filled, it could show up on the marketing calendar.
Yes please! This feature is already part of SEVERAL other email CRMs and it’s become a Must Have for my team memebers who are mostly visual.
YES Please!!! We’re using the HS calendar to track launches of campaigns.. and would love to show draft emails based on send dates.
I need this ASAP! it is really messy at the moment to try and track my drafted emails separate in the email tab with only publsihed emaisl showing in campaigns. would be so much easier if drafted EDM’s appear in the campaigns tab as well, for example i set a task to send an email on certain date, then once email is drafted, i want to remove teh task and see the draft there instead. But i have to leave the task until the email is schedule, which sometimes isn’t until the day before - just messy.
Please add drafted EDM’s to campaigns view!
Agree! We need to see Marketing emails on the calendar in draft becfore they are ready to publish.
How can we get this up the chain further team - any Hubspot people we can tag in to this to elevate? it would make my life soooo much easier.
Literally getting questions every day now from my team asking which ones are in draft vs which ones still need to be drafted - if drafts showed on the calendar this would solve our problems
Yes this is needed for our company in a major way. It becomes difficult when we cant see the whole picture.
