Email attachments

Hi there,

A feature which is missing in hubspot (Conversations → Templates area), would be to attach a document.

At the moment, when you “attach a document” into an email template, when you email a customer, the attachments turn into url links - in the body of the email (rather than as an attachment)

A very simple feature and unsure why its not available on hubspot.

Hi

Earlier this function was automatic (if I remember well), but it’s lately changed. Now you have to write the text that covers the link.
Fill the [link display text] field.
Or you can choose to include link preview, but personaly I like the display text more.
