I’d like to be able to create a deal-based workflow that sends an email to a non-Hubspot user within our company. Sending an internal email only allows me to choose from HS users and sending an external email says it will email all the contacts on a deal, which I don’t want. We would use this to notify our finance team about pertinent deal information, saving the rep time from having to copy information from within Hubspot to an external message and allowing us to loop in our finance team earlier in the deal process which improves our operational efficiency.
