Editing tag/author pages

Hello everyone,

I have some tag pages which I can edit in terms of the overall layout of ALL tags. I want to be able to edit individual tags so I can add custom content and title tags for SEO purposes and wondered if anyone has had any luck doing this.

I can do this with if statements so if URL = X print this content, but this doesn’t seem the most efficient solution.
