We want to be able to personailze each of our emails to have the contact owners signatures populated instead of having to create unique emails for each contact owner we want to support. While we have users added, we don’t actually want them inside of our Hubspot account poking around. We would like a way to edit each of the users signatures as super admins.
While I see the presets settings, but it doesn’t allow me to set up unique signatures for each member. The only way to use it that I see is to set up a preset for each user. Which is cumbersome and not scaleable.
