I’m working local with the boilderplate as starting point.
I have trouble finding the right place to edit / add styling options for each section.
The end goal is to have predefined colors, select to add classes etc.
Thinking I’m missing a Json file to controle this? Anybody? Thanks

I’m not 100% sure if you can do that.
But if you can it might not be a great idea because if that module is ever deleted the custom properties would not be applied to all dnd sections.
But what you can do is:
Got to settings > Marketing > Email > Configuration > Colors > Color Picker Favorites
In this section you can set predefinded colors for the color in the content editor
