Is there a way to independently edit the mobile layout on a drag-and-drop email? I am using a 4 block layout and on the mobile preview, the blocks are laying out vertically but I want them to layout horizontally. There doesn’t seem to be a way to edit the mobile layout independently of the desktop layout.

This is something that can be achieved with custom coded email templates but unfortunately not in the drag and drop email editor.
Other users have requested this feature in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community already. You can upvote and comment with your use case – the product team reviews these requests based on popularity.

Hi Karsten, I’ve checked out the community link you suggested, but while the request to be able to edit the mobile layout in an email has many “upvotes” and user comments , it has yet to be implemented– even after nearly 3 years. It’s still a very relevant issue. Any update on it, and when we can expect a solution? Thanks!

I’m delighted to announce that we are opening a private beta for Mobile Optmised Email this afternoon. A Super Admin of your portal can request access to this private beta via the ‘Products Update’ page (detailed steps are available here).
With this initial release, we’ve introduced a new desktop & mobile preview within the Email Editor, as well as the ability to hide modules and sections across devices. You can now also change or disable the layout & stacking of columns for mobile recipients.
