It would be great if we could have more flexibility when it comes to editing and personalizing the style and content of the documents in the Documents-tool before sending it to customers and contacts.
We often use document-templates containing different types of information and we edit/personalize it before sending it to the contact or customer. Since we can’t edit it directly in HubSpot, we need to download the document, edit it in a third party-app and then upload the new document.
HubSpot already provides so many great features for editing and personalizing e-mails, pages and quotes so it only seems natural to have the same functionality for documents.
