Edit data directly from a full screen report

Reports today have minimal utility without exporting to excel. A great user experience would be to open a report, it opens in the entire screen to view as many of the rows and columns possible, and have in-line editing functionality. (By in-line editing I mean having the ability to click the cell to change the value and have it save. You can do this natively when in Deals or Tickets… but not reports.)

When I click on a report today:
-the real estate of my screen is wasted on framing vs. seeing the data in the report. Only 20% of screen displays the data from the report.

-To view more the report without using excel: you have to create a dashboard to use more of the screen real estate

-I believe if data in reports or dashboards were editable data higene and productivity would go way up.

@hoyahess do you know that on the dashboard view, you can expand the size of your report by dragging the bottom right corner? This helped me tremendously with visibility on some reports.

In-line editing for reports would be so useful. Many of my peers still default to tracking items in google sheets, simply due to the ease of in-line editing. I have reports created for them in HS but it’s time consuming for them to click into each object to adjust properties.
