I couldn’t find any posts about this, but I think it could be useful—perhaps even a basic use case, since it would be helpful for most of my clients.
I’m wondering whether it’s possible to allow meetings or tasks to be added to the calendar directly from the Schedule section in the Sales workspace (and also in the Customer Success workspace). Besides being a natural, intuitive action—just like in any other calendar—it would allow technicians and sales reps to manage their agendas more quickly directly from their workspace, especially from mobile app.
I know that HubSpot’s usage logic, up to now, wasn’t designed this way, but once we have the (very useful!!) Schedule feature, why not make it more convenient?
