Currently, we can not include a custom/dynamic link in a sequence email:
Use example: We operate a business much like Yelp. We would like our sales team to be able to automatically have business profile URL’s included dynamically in a sequence email.

Because you can do it through email marketing but not with sequence as html module is not available.
