Dropdown menu not working?

HI,

Something strange is happening on the website: https://www.originclear.com the dropdown menu under news isn’t appearing? All is correctly configured on the Nav settings?

Strange, see images below?

Anyone got any idea why this isn’t working? It’s not a custom menu or template?

Hey @Maykr

So it looks like you menu isn’t being built as illustrated in your screenshot.

I’m not sure if you were aware, but the child menu is not being added to the HTML structure. This is likely the or at least one of the issues.

I would check:

• that the module is using the correct menu
• the js/jQuery is added correctly
• double check with a test page that you child menus are being geneterated correctly (visually test without sytling or JS)

If those don’t prove fruitful I would document them and contact HS directly.

In your template is the menu module’s max levels set to 2 or more? If it’s set to one the child menus will not be generated.

Hi I am facing the same issue dropdown menu is not showing and also the html structure for drop down not showing

advanced menu type and max levels opation is not there.
