Does anyone know when the Knowledge Base Agent beta will be over?

Hello,

According to our Hubspot, there is a beta program for the ‘Knowledge Base Agent’, which is an agent that creates Knowledge Pages based on tickets.

Does anyone know when this will be generally available?

Thanks so much for posting in the Community!
I’ve been reading through some internal documentations regarding this beta, and there is unfortunately no official release date to share. It looks like our best bet as of right now is to keep an eye out on this knowledge base article, as well as the Product Updates feed in-app.
