Display Language Switcher using Code

Hi Team,

I am using the code as mentioned in the given document link,
But it is not displaying the language switcher on website,
where if i use module to display it, it is working fine.

Please suggest what is wrong here.

Is the page that you see translated?

If the current page is not translated, then you won’t see the language switcher.

yes page is translated, and language switcher is displaying using the module, but i am trying to display it using code inside header.html
