Would you mind clarifying in a bit more detail specifically what was uncovered in your support call? Upon looking into this thirdre you able to also include the steps you’re taking to attempt to send this via Pennylane? Looking into the third-party integration here, I’m not seeing anything that states this has its own email sending functionality.
Additionally, the error seen in your screenshot shows that you’re specifically attempting to send a Quote via email. As this doesn’t seem to be functionality within Pennylane’s integration specifically I also wanted to add that this may not be within your subscription as creating and sending Quotes is a paid feature, as seen here Create and send quotes
