Please update Developer Seat permissions to allow developers to view CRM data with read-only access.
We are currently working with developers on a project that will last approximately four weeks. To properly build, test, and troubleshoot our integrations, they need visibility into CRM data so they can see how API configurations and deployments are behaving in real time. Because Developer Seats do not provide this visibility, we are being forced to purchase additional paid seats solely so our developers can view the data necessary to do their jobs.
At a minimum, developers should be able to receive view-only access to CRM data, particularly within a sandbox environment. This would allow developers to validate API behavior and troubleshoot integrations without granting them unnecessary CRM permissions or requiring companies to purchase full seats for short-term development work.
Developer Seats should enable developers to effectively develop and test against HubSpot. Read-only CRM access seems like an essential part of that functionality.
