I merged wrong contacts by mistake, I would like to know how to demerge them, as it is creating the problems for me.

There is no one-click unmerge, unfortunately. You would have to follow these steps: Merge records

Hi. Since HubSpot doesn’t have a native version of an unmerge feature for companies, we built an app to handle it. It is called Emergency Unmerge. It uses your historical property data to reconstruct the original records exactly how they were.
