It would be nice to have the option to set a default font type and size for Tasks and Notes inside a client profile. When I copy and paste info, often times it is not consistent so the size needs to be adjusted. This could be solved in the same way Outlook works when pasting a Subject heading in to an email. No matter the font type or size, it is always showing as a consistent type and size after pasting.

The default font size is quite small.
Same goes for the outbound emails in the online version of the CRM.
