We’re building out our DealHub, which is a software that integrates with Hubspot. Essentially, it’s a quote-creating tool that also feeds information back into Hubspot, updating Hubspot properties and creating Line Items.
We’re trying to locate where certain information from DealHub is mapping into Hubspot, and from the DealHub side, we’re told that information is being mapped into a property with the following internal name: LINE_ITEMS.hs_billing_period_start_date
I cannot locate a property with this internal name under any objects. I’ve read that Line Items themselves don’t have any properties, and that it is sometimes under the Property object that properties would exist, but I haven’t found any information there either.
Were you able to solve this issue? I am running into it as well and the “Accepted Solution” isn’t making sense for my understanding of how we’re syncing Deal Hub with the product line items.
It looks the like the original poster accepted the above solution - this leads me to believe the threads that Bérangère included included may have helped there. As this is an older post, I’d also like to add that I couldn’t find specific documentation for the hs_billing_period_start_date property on line items. Though it seems to retrieve its definition and description for your account, you could make a GET request to /crm/properties/2026-03/line_items like described in the Dev Docs below: Line item object definition
Here a couple resources that will hopefully point you in the right direction as well!
If you require further assistance on this, then I may suggest creating a new post here and outlining specifically what steps you’ve taken and where you’re hitting a roadblock!
