Deal Splits by Team

We have deal splits by users which is great but becuase we have a lot of users not everyone knows who belongs to which team. It would be clearer from a reporting pov if we could split by team. I know you can do this in reporting based on the split users team but it would be great if the deal splits could be a little more customisable.
