I want to print out our sales pipeline in Kanban format. I can get a really nice appearance of our pipeline volume & status simply by printing out the page - to PDF. It’s awesome except for one MAJOR problem: I only get 4 rows of prospects per deal stage. It’s really annoying. Why can’t I expand the # of rows that show so that I can at least fill one page in height. As it is, I only get 4-6 rows of cards for any column. I can’t tweak it to show more!
Why can’t I alter this? Is someone going to fix this obvious flaw?

As far as I know, printing views hasn’t been a priority of the product team, see also this thread. There aren’t any specific settings for this, unfortunately.
If you want to print this information and customize the layout, you’d either have to work with screenshots or export the records and then prepare them for printing outside of HubSpot.
If you feel strongly about having more settings and options for printing, you could submit a request to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community. The product team reviews these posts based on popularity.
