Hi!
I’m trying to merge two deals. Each deal is in a different pipeline. But when I select the primary deal, find the one I want to merge, and try to merge them, it fails and says, “An error occurred when trying to merge these deals. Please try again.”
Any advice on what might be wrong?
As per my understanding, the error is occurring because the deals are in different pipelines you can try and move a deal into the same pipeline and then merge it For more information, you can refer to HubSpot’s documentation on moving a deal from one pipeline to another
