I’m trying to create a filter that will let me check on any stagnant deals. So for example, if any deals have not moved in the last 30 days. I thought the best way to do this was by creating a filter using LAST MODIFIED DATE, however none of the options seem to work well.

The best option seems to be to create a filter using LAST MODIFIED DATE, IS BEFORE [click back 30 days on the calendar], DEAL STAGE IS NONE OF Closed Won or Closed Lost.

The main problem is that I will need to manually change the date each time the filter is used. Is there a better way to accomplish this?

Great question. Unfortunately the filtering option doesn’t have a “more than” or “less than” X days ago option which would save you from updating it each time.

I have a solution for you but it requires HubSpot Marketing Hub. Does your company have HubSpot Marketing Hub as well?
