We have a minor issue that I would like to know if its a fix or a reason behind. The deal collaborator field has been on our deals for quite some time but for some reason on some deals users have a highlighted add button but on other deals like pictured the Add button is greyed out but if you click on the box it allows you to add. is there any reason why the Add button would be greyed out? It comes up at times and I have to tell our sellers the work aorund but just wanted to know if this is something that can be changed
Hey @CClark3! Thanks for your post. In these instances, do the users trying to make the changes, have edit access to those particular deals? For example, if they cannot edit other fields on that deal, then they would not be able to edit the collaborators.
I’d like to invite @antonia_kraft, @himanshurauthan, and @karstenkoehler to verify if they have any ideas! Hey, y’all-- any other theories as to why we intermittently wouldn’t be able to edit the collaborators?
