I have all my settings, both global and user defaults to UK date format. However, when I create an email template in the Library to use when sending emails to contacts via the CRM the personalisation continues to punch out the date in american format. How do you update personlisation to use the correct date format?

That seems strange. I just tested this in my account and it sticks with the date format I have selected for my account. I also can’t find any documentation on this on the HubSpot Knowledge Base.
Do you have a paid HubSpot subscription? If so, I would reach out to HubSpot Support.

Must have been a delay in the settings filtering through as having left it overnight the correct date format is now displaying. Thanks for the help though, it confirmed I had done what I needed to do.
