Why does the data quality tool not acknowledge if a formatting issue was correct with a workflow.

We have thousands of formatting issues that are easily fixed with a workflow but are still labled in the data tool as a formatting issue.

It does not make sense to me that these tools wouldnt connect and update automatically. Now I have to reject hundreds and thousands of records that are already fixed but showing as an issue.

HubSpot has only gotten worse to use lately and its sad that something you think would already be in place has to end of as an “idea”

We just upgraded to the new Data Hub and have encoutered this exact issue. After seeing thousands of formatting issues related to missing “Country” information, I made a workflow to backfill those.

The Data Quality tool still lists them as a Formatting Issue, with no way to force a re-scan.

All I can do is go page-by-page and reject the suggested changes (for 7k records!)

There needs to be a way to force a re-scan, or at least advise users of a scheduled rescan (if that even happens).
