Dashboards not including data from correct pipeline

I’ve looked through the forum and knowledge base but can’t seem to find my answer.

What I’m trying to do: Create a report that outlines Deal source to revenue on closed deals.

Issue: We have an old pipeline that will soon be retired (Sales Pipeline) and a new pipeline that our sales team is using (Sales Pipeline 2022). The problem is that my report is only pulling data from the original Sales Pipeline and not anything from the new pipeline.

What I’ve tried: I’ve tried to find a way to manually point the report to the new pipeline (no luck). I’ve also tried reordering the pipelines to put 2022 first, but the report still ONLY pulls data from the old one.

Am I overlooking something super easy here? Does anyone know a way to disable the report from referencing the old data/pipeline?

Hi @JBaggott,

To reference the correct pipeline, you would have to update the filters of that report. By filtering for Deal stage or Pipeline, you can let HubSpot know which data to pull in.

In a single object deal report it would look like this:

In the custom report builder, it would look like this:

If you do not have these options, let me know which subscription level your on. Some reporting capabilities and settings require a Professional subscription.
