how can I create a dashboard for a mail? Is it possible to create a dashboard for a mail series (several mails)?

Could you be a bit more specific, what exactly should that dashboard contain?
Generally, you would use the custom report builder: Create reports with the custom report builder
In there, you’ll find data sources for Marketing email and Marketing email analytics, allowing you to filter by marketing email name and to drag and drop your desired metrics in a table view.

I understand you have a series of emails and you’d like to understand the performance of those emails.
For the dashboard of the performance of those emails you can build the following reports:
Email performance custom report
You can achieve this by creating a custom report selecting email activity, marketing email and contacts as data sources. Then select “Table” as the chart format and on columns you can add email name and count of email links clicks and filter by email marketing name so you can view only the ones related to the sequence. Note: if you want add other metrics like open rate and unsubscribes you’ll have to duplicate this report and change the count property for the one related to the metric you’d like to view - Unfortunately you can’t add all in one single report.
Note: you can also look for default hubspot reports and search for workflow total email clicks - or opened by month - delivered by month and add a filter by email name.
Number of Unsubscribers over time
Create a custom report horizontal bar chart format. On the X axis place count of contacts and Y axis email name, now filter by contact opted out of makerting email communication is “Yes” and email name.
