I’m seeing many dark mode related requests. Mine is simple yet different.
I noticed that your team has been making many amazing updates with the platform recently which we love and is great.
My inquiry is, are they testing it in dark mode before launching it. The reason I ask is because some features are becoming harder to see with barely any contrast. Whereas before everything was defined nicely in light and dark mode.
Agreed. We have several team members who heavily rely the “Dark Reader” extension offered by Chrome - being able to provide a dark mode works for accessiblity and accomidation.
Currently Hubspot only offers two themes - the classic theme and a new theme (redish). While almost every other view can be customized (sidebar, contact profiles, queues, views, etc. ) it is surprising not to see any other options offered.
As margaret4ster stated, the issue with the Dark Reader extension is some features are becoming harder to see with barely any contrast.
For example, when Dark Reader is on and you attempt to use a snippet, the box of options appears but the normal outline which tells you which snippet you are on is not visible.
