Hi @chicagokalo,
What exactly do you mean when you say “not match the format that I created in the CRM”? Can you give an example and share screenshots?
Best regards
Here is an example of different properties listed for each platform:
*HubSpot CRM directly*
[image: image.png]
*HubSpot Gmail Extension:*

*IOS*
As you can see, the last two examples do not match the native HubSpot CRM.
@chicagokalo I’m not seeing any screenshots, only file names. Can you please upload the images directly in the post editor, in your browser, in the HubSpot community?
Were you able to see the screenshots?
Thanks
I figured this out. Settings → Data Managment/Objects/Contacts → Preview Customization → click on “update preview cards” .
Thanks, this saved my life!
Why HubSpot makes things so difficult?
Hi, thanks for figuring out and sharing. Have you also been able to change the order of the properties in the Gmail extension?
If I open a contact in the hubspot extension, I would like to change the order of the company section. I have the right property in there but it’s all the way at the bottom.
if I go to Settings → Data Managment/Objects/COMPANIES → Preview Customization → click on “update preview cards”. And change the order. It doesn’t reflect on the gmail extension. Thanks in advance.
Thank you! I have updated contact and company property list by adding and removed ones I don’t need. Now, on the right side of my gmail I see changes, however some of removed properties are still appearing. Any ideas why?
I’m also having trouble here.
I’m on the page. I’ve got it set up correctly.
On Hubspot > Contacts, it shows up correctly.
On the Gmail extension, it is using old settings, which WERE customized at one point (it shows some custom fields, just not the ones/ordering I want)
Is there a setting somewhere that makes the contact card synch to the gmail extension or other explanation?
Hey @MDowgwillo,
Thanks for following up here!
It looks like @chicagokalo provided their solution. Were you able to replicate the same troubleshooting steps?

It looks like the solution that I once implemented is no longer an option. I’m having the same issue as before.
Hey @chicagokalo,
Thanks for following up here!
I’ve just reviewed this thread, and I’m seeing now that the screenshots you posted per @karstenkoehler’s request were never posted. Would you mind uploading the issue again so that I can better understand what’s happening in an effort to find some possible next steps?
