Create an Object Library Object that represents a table of associated customer interests and characteristics, which could be standardized to include known, and mutable, characteristics of the person represented by the Contact record, allow for adding custom properties, and associated with Contacts and Companies at minimum. This would create the following net effects:
1) Alleviate the Contact record from carrying properties that represent changing interests/characteristics over time, such as “plays golf,” or “sailing,” so that the properties on Contacts can represnt more immutable characteristics such as gender, race/ethnicity, and so on.
2) Create a landing zone for important cultivation information related to either customers or #nonprofits donors which can be further defined by a business or organization without giving it the same weight as business/mission critical information stored on Contacts, Companies, and Deals.
