In Salesforce, once we converted a lead to account status, it would generate a unique account sode for that customer. I cannot see how to do this in Hubspot. Can anyone help?
Could you use one of the current IDs which HubSpot generates such as the deal or company ID?
In Salesforce, when you convert a lead, they are then converted to a contact with an associated account, unless you have setup the feature that contacts are accounts (ie: B2C use case). In Hubspot, there is a Contact ID and a Company ID because in Hubspot’s ecosystem there is no Lead. You are a Contact regardless and can then be associated with a Company. Does that help?
