I have prepared a sales report format according to my company. How can i get those or build up through HUBSPOT?

This depends on the subscription level you’re on. If you’re on a free or Starter license, you’re limited to the report library. These are very powerful already and can be saved to dashboards. When creating new dashboards, HubSpot will also suggest some default sales reports to you, readymade.
With a Professional or Enterprise subscription, you also have this report library. Anything not included there, can be created by yourself, using the custom report builder. This needs some getting used to (or help), usually. If you’re getting stuck on specific reports, it’s a good idea to start a new thread and ask for help with it.
As a general resource, I’d also recommend this free HubSpot reporting certification.
