Custom Re-Direct based on Form Submissions

We are wanting to redirect to a certain check-out cart based on the form submission “Pricing Terms:” https://pinnacleforum.com/commitment/

Right now, we are using a 2-step email process, but people are missing the second email. So I would want to redirect to a different link based on what a user answers in the pricing terms question.

Is that possible? Currently I see the option for one redirect link.

The way we handle this on Portal-iQ is with a Custom Module (with an embedded Form) which customizes the redirectUrl in the embed code of the form.

You will need to use the onFormSubmitted method to modify the redirection.

And, you will need to make your form Raw HTML for this to work.
