Custom Modules not Available on Email Templates

I created a email module, but cant add it to my template.
1. It toggle button that says make this available is on

2. There is no errors

3. It is published

4. It visible for email teplates
I tried it to be usable for the web templates…and its available,

Hi @JCabico

Are you using the [newer] Drag and Drop Email Template or the older Email Template?

If you create a Drag and Drop Module it won’t work in the older Templates.

You can tell if your Module is drag and drop by the `{dnd_module}` syntax in Hubl vs. the older `{module}`.

Was that the case?

Hi @JCabico

I’m assuming the Module has HTML that renders in the Template? (Couldn’t be certain from your screen shot).

If there’s no HTML in the Module then there’s nothing to display and I don’t even know if the Module will Publish, or allow you to add it to an Email.

If the Module was working in the past I would see if there’s a Non-Drag and Drop Email Template to test the Module.
