For enterprise customers HubSpot should make it’s workspace changable in the same way personal investment platforms allows clients to build their own workspace and save it or switch back to HubSpot default workspace. HubSpot’s current set up is not always as logical as it could be and it would allow for users to define their own workspace, possibly with their own branding. Ultimately it will allow for faster pickup by allowing clients to align more to their existing CRM whicht they could be switching from or by setting the workspace up in way that is more intuitive to the underlying business. It shouldn’t required any bespoke development and would be very helpful for new comers. Should also be relatively easy to develop - just look at what the online brokerage platforms do today.
