Custom CRM Card

I created a custom CRM Card in Contact. Now I want the data of selected contact. Is it possible to get the data for selected contacts?

This is the custom CRM card which i create so now if you see there is one button called “action-hook-label” so I want to passed the contacts data of this page. So how can I achieve that?
