Hello

I need to create a custom conversion report based on Deals Pipeline.

I’m aware of the funnel customisation, but this does not cover what I need: Deal $ amount total/month within dates entering certain stages.

  • Total Deal Amount of Closed Won stage (Filter, date entered Closed Won) DIVIDED BY Total Deal Amount of Quote Complete stage (Filter, date entered Quote Complete) = $ value conversion
  • ie
    $ Deals entering Closed Won stage in June $120,000
    $ Deals entering Quote Complete stage in June $200,000
    Conversion for June = 60%

I’ve gone back and forth with a custom reports and calculation property and can’t get it quite right due to the need for the “date entered specific stage” requirement.

I came across another community discussion about creating separate properties for “Closed Won” and “Quote Complete” and assume it would be a workflow to fill in property values for new and existing Deals, but I’m not sure this would work either

I’d be most grateful for your assistance to stop me spinning in circles!

Hi @AKingston,

As far as I know, this can’t be done natively within a single report in HubSpot. The best approximation would be two separate reports that show you the individual $ amounts - so you can then easily perform the division manually. The report builder is simply not that flexible.

Alternatively, you would export the raw data and report on this outside if HubSpot or using third party tools.
