Custom Behavioural Events (CBEs) can be used to record events associated to both unknown visitors or contact records. When a visitor becomes a contact, these CBEs are associated to the contact.
While these events can then be used as triggers in Contact based workflows, there is no ability to do anything in relation to the unknown visitor as there is no object record.
I would like to see CBE based workflows where independently of whether there is an associated object record in the CRM, we can trigger the workflow.
My first use case here is being able to send the anonymous visitor CBE information to a Google Sheet
