I am very new to using currencies in HubSpot. We are a UK business, but have always dealt with USA clients only. We have a USA bank account, so our Company Currency is USD.
We are now starting to roll out our product into the UK. We have a UK bank account as well, so we do not need exchange rates.
Both sets of clients will just pay through our USD or GBP accounts, and prices will not change when an exchange rate changes.
How do we take the exchange rate off?

What you’re describing sounds like default HubSpot behavior: Add and edit your account currencies
- If you’ve added multiple currencies, you’ll see a table with currencies you’ve added and their exchange rates.
- To view historical exchange rates, hover over the currency and click Actions > View currency history. If you want exchange rates to update automatically, you can turn on automatic updates to currency exchange rates.
Exchange rates do not change on their own. It’s something you do manually - if you don’t want that behavior, simply leave it untouched.
