I saw a related thread about CTA (Call to Action) hover colors and I am experiencing the same issue. I’m also noticing that when I format the CTA buttons in HUbSpot, the corners, widths, etc. don’t appear in the email the same way they do in the CTA preview feature. Is this just a limitation of HubSpot? When I add the CTA to my email, I select CTA and it provides my list of available CTAs, so it seems odd that there isn’t a connection between the CTAs and the emails since they all live in HubSpot. I’m not looking for a complex coding solution, just trying to find out if it’s a user error or a HubSpot shortcoming.

Thanks for posting this in the Community! Like seen in @Brownstephen101’s reply here, he states " …changing text on hover isn’t possible in email clients since they don’t support hover effects or interactive CSS."
With this in mind, we can confirm that this is not a supported feature. For now, we need to rely on the ‘button’ module, which will allow you to choose from existing CTAs; however, hover functionalities are not included.
