CSS Nesting has been supported by all major browsers since September. Does Hubspot have any plans to update their code so that nesting doesn’t flag issues?

Hey, @cnnrbyrm Thanks for flagging this. I do not have a roadmap or other update to share at this time. I’ll check with my internal resources. And update here if I can.

Do you have any additional details to share? Are you seeing this in the Design Manager, locally with something like VS Code, or when using a browser page inspector? Any additional context is helpful with issues like this.

@Jaycee_Lewis I am seeing this in the Design Manager. Nesting works as expected. It’s honestly more of an aesthetic issue at this point.

The question was never wether it’s possible or not; it’s about the design manager throwing an error for no reason.

Hello @cnnrbyrm,

I truly appreciate the clarification around this, thank you. I see now that the issue isn’t about whether CSS nesting works, but that the Design Manager’s code validator is flagging it as an error even though it’s valid, modern CSS.

I wasn’t able to find an existing Ideas post on this, so it may be worth submitting one so the product team can track demand for it. Feel free to post this here:
